Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to the coaching services purchased through Joss Coaching (josscoaching.com). It explains your right to withdraw from your purchase and the conditions under which a refund can be issued.

1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of payment, without giving any reason, in accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code.

To exercise this right, simply contact us at contact@josscoaching.com within the 14-day period, stating your intent to withdraw. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your request.

2. Early Start of Coaching

If, at your explicit request, coaching begins before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, and you later withdraw:

You will be charged only for the portion of the program already delivered, calculated pro rata to the date you notified us of your withdrawal.
The remaining balance will be refunded within 14 days.

If you expressly request that coaching begin immediately and fully waive your withdrawal right in writing, no refund will be due once the program has been fully delivered — this waiver is never assumed and must be explicitly confirmed by you.

3. After the Withdrawal Period

Once the 14-day withdrawal period has passed, coaching fees already paid are non-refundable, as they reflect the personalized program, planning, and coaching time already committed on your behalf. If you need to pause or stop your coaching for a serious personal reason (health, financial hardship, relocation, etc.), contact us — we review these situations individually and may offer a program pause, a partial credit, or an adjusted arrangement at our discretion.

4. How to Request a Refund or Withdrawal

Email contact@josscoaching.com with:

Your full name and the email used at purchase
The date of your payment
The reason for your request (optional, but helps us improve)

We aim to acknowledge every request within 2 business days.
